Our range of puffed grains are manufactured using a rotary puffing method. Unlike gun puffing the products are cleaner, more uniform and don't contain that burned after tatse associated with other puffing methods.
Aside from the fully puffed grains, we offer a range of partially puffed grains which are perfect for use in breads and cereal bars. They add a great chewy, nutty flavour offering a unique palate taste and feel.
